Call Model Information
Another part of the campaign definition is defining the call model characteristics associated with this campaign.
- Campaign - DISPLAY ONLY (from prior screen).
- No Contact Retries - This number represents the number of tries that the phone system will attempt to contact each individual household or phone number.
- No Contact Roll Minutes - If contact is not made with an individual (or answering machine), this parameter represents the number of minutes that the phone system will wait prior to attempting to contact this number again.
